So, I'm in the greenhouse, hands in the soil, seeds flying everywhere, ipod cranked up......really enjoying the warmth and dreams of days to come.
Over the music blaring, I hear my cell phone ringing. "Hello?" "Getting a lot accomplished?", my husband says. "Where are you?", I ask. "Sitting in the driveway, I just got home.", he said. "How did you know I was in here?" "Well, besides the fact the whole county can hear your music, you left your calling card outside the door."
Oops, busted. Is this the sign of a problem?
One bottle of wine and a little damaged hearing later, look what I got accomplished!

I can smell that soil now. Mmmmm. Wine and seed planting...now why haven't I thought of that?
Oooh, I am so jealous. My garden is slowly reappearing from under the muck and I'm practically ready to burst to get at it. And hey, the bottle of wine alongside is a great idea!
what do ya got in dem der trays?
i am so jealous. :)
i just found out today i am 27th in line for two plots in a community garden...I'm screwed!
Wait, so you drink wine while planting your seeds? GENIUS!
Man we need a greenhouse (like a real one, not the makeshift one my husband put together).
This past weekend I was at Hell Depot and I saw people with Tomato plants already. Man, my seed sowing is gonna be late this year!
Wow, you still have snow on the ground. Love your calling card. A girls gotta stay warm somehow. We are getting ready to plow up the veggie garden. It's rained so much lately that all we have had is a mud puddle. Can't wait to see your garden spring up.
I never thought about combining drinking with gardening. Nice.
i can only take your blog silence to mean your out there in the green house...doing farmer like stuff...and I'm jealous, I have to admit...but I am happy that you get to start thinking spring...
keep in touch Angie! don't let the growing season tear us apart :)
OMG that is too funny! And the wine looks yummy, too!
