Today was spent baking, 3 pumpkin pies, 2 cherry pies, 1 pecan pie and a cheesecake to be exact.
Tonight we are packing. We leave at 4 a.m. to head to Illinois. Overpowering the urge to call my family and lie to say we have all come down with the flu is zapping me of all my strength - so this is all I can muster.
